Cham Community Tourism – A Journey into an Ancient Civilization

The Cham people are one of Vietnam’s oldest ethnic groups, once part of the powerful Champa Kingdom, historically known as Linyi in the 2nd century, with its capital located in what is now Quang Binh. Today, Cham communities continue to thrive in Ninh Thuận, Binh Thuận, An Giang, and Ho Chi Minh City, maintaining their rich cultural traditions.

Just 12 km southwest of Phan Rang City, the Cham villages of Hữu Đức and Hậu Sanh are perfect destinations to explore the daily life of the Cham people. Visitors can discover sacred relics such as the Ppo Ina Nagar temple and Ppo Rome tower, listen to ancient legends told by the locals, and enjoy traditional Champa cuisine prepared with authentic methods passed down through generations.
